Pavel AKA Pav, is one of our senior product designers originally from Russia. Pav is our electronics guru and loves taking on technical projects.

Experience

Pav has 15 years experience in the design industry including 1 year working at D2M. Not only does Pav have product design experience, he’s very skilled in graphic design too.

Biggest Project

The most challenging project Pav has worked on is an electronic, mesh folding chair which the USP of the product is still under NDA and completely confidential. The project involved textile prototyping, hard goods design, development of mechanisms and integrating electronics.

This is usually a typical project Pav works on however, the deadline for this project was extremely tight which made the project extra challenging. Pav managed to create a basic physical model, developed a 3D CAD model on solid works and produced a full-size functional prototype in just 6 weeks!

Most Enjoyable Part of Being A Product Designer

Satisfaction of solved problems. Pav enjoys taking on new challenges especially if they are extremely technical and involve electronics! Finding a solution and solving problems is what Pav enjoys most as a product designer.

Pav does not like Vodka despite being Russian!
